
Southeast Asian anime channel ANIPLUS Asia has announced on Friday that the supernatural-action anime Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond has been added to their simulcast line-up this Autumn 2017 season.
The channel also announced that they will have a marathon of Blood Blockade Battlefront before the Season 2’s simulcast airing.
Blood Blockade Battlefront 12-episode marathon will happen on Saturday, October 7, from 06:00pm to 11:30am (05:00pm to 10:30pm JKT/BKK).
The simulcast airing of Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond will premiere on October 8, airing Every Sundays at 03:30am (02:30am JKT/BKK).

Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond is the second season of the popular Blood Blockade Battlefront anime series, which was adapted from a manga series by Yasuhiro Nightow, published in Shueisha’s Jump SQ.19 from 2009 to 2015. The manga has a total of 10 volumes.
Rie Matsumoto directed the first season of the series, while Shigehito Takayanagi is set to replace her for Season 2. Kazunao Furuya and Yasuko Kamo are writing the script for the first and second seasons of the show, respectively.
Koji Sugiura and Toshihiro Kawamoto returned to handle on the show’s character designs, which will be produced by BONES.
The Japanese voice cast will be lead again by Daisuke Sakaguchi (“Kaoru Yamazaki”, Welcome to the NHK) as “Leonardo Watch”, and Rikiya Koyama (“Kiritsugu Emiya”, Fate/Zero) as “Klaus Von Reinhertz”.
Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond will be another addition to previously announced simulcast titles airing on ANIPLUS Asia.
The iDOLM@STER SideM, Wake Up, Girls! New Chapter, and the second season of Hozuki’s Coolheadedness will air after their Japanese telecast starting next month.
Sources told Anime Pilipinas that the channel may announce more titles, but declined to mention any specific details.
