Precure series singer also set to perform on “Cosplay Mania JAM” concert.
Cosplay.ph, the organizers of the highly-popular event Cosplay Mania, has announced on their Facebook page on Saturday that the anisong artist Aya Ikeda will be one of the guest of the event this October.
Ikeda is also set to perform on the first Cosplay Mania JAM (Japanese Anime Music) concert.
Aya Ikeda is known for performing the theme songs of various Pretty Cure anime series, such as “Alright! Heartcatch Precure!” (Heartcatch Precure!, 2010), “Let’s go! Smile Precure!” (Smile Precure!, 2012), and Suite Precure’s two ending theme songs “Wonderful Powerful Music!!” & “#Kibou Rainbow#”.
She started as a member of the Japanese pop group C-ZONE in 2008, and graduated in 2010. She has a solo album, entitled “episode 1”, which was released in 2012.
She will be joining previously announced guests Cure Cosplay and WorldCosplay.net director Tatsumi Inui, and Singaporean cosplayers Vic Kumiko & Jesuke, and more guests are set to be announced in the coming days.
As previously reported, attendees can attend the Cosplay Mania JAM concert by paying PhP250 (about USD5.71) on top of your bronze & silver tickets, or pay the gold-tier tickets which costs PhP400 (about USD9.14). The concert is set to happen at the SMX Convention Center’s Function Room 5.
Cosplay Mania ’14 happens on October 04-05 at Function Rooms 3-5 of the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
