Southeast Asian anime channel ANIPLUS Asia has announced on Tuesday that they will simulcast the upcoming anime series The Promised Neverland this Winter 2019 season.
The anime will premiere on Friday, January 11, at 01:40am (12:40am JKT/BKK). New episodes every Friday mornings at 01:25am (12:25am JKT/BKK), within two hours after the initial Japanese telecast.
Encore telecast on the same day at 06:00pm (05:00pm JKT/BKK).

The Promised Neverland is an upcoming anime adaptation of a manga series, written by Kaiu Shirai and illustrated by Posuka Demizu, which is being published in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since August 2016 and currently has 11 volumes.
The manga is also one of the current titles being offered in VIZ Media’s English language Shonen Jump manga service, which is being released the same day as Japan.
The upcoming sci-fi thriller anime series will be directed by Mamoru Kanbe, who also worked in the slice-of-life series Sound of the Sky (So-Ra-No-Wo-To), while Gatchaman Crowds scriptwriter Toshiya Ono will handle the series composition.
Kazuaki Shimada, the chief animation director of The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls, will adapt Demizu’s original character designs, which will be produced by Cloverworks.
The Japanese voice cast will be lead by Maaya Uchida (“Ranko Kanzaki”, The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls) as “Norman”, Mariya Ise (“Mika Harima”, Durarara!!) as “Ray” and Sumire Morohoshi (“Kyoka Izumi”, Bungo Stray Dogs) as “Emma”.
ANIPLUS Asia is available in the Philippines on SKYcable Channel 139 (Metro Manila, CAMANAVA, Rizal, Bulacan and Laguna), GSat Channel 66 in High-definition (Nationwide), and in selected provincial cable providers around the country.
