Anime Pilipinas has learned that the airing of Kantai Collection’s Episode 12 on Monday, April 10, will be its final airing on TV5.
This is the anime show’s third airing since it premiered last January 9, which is under the newly-revived AniMEGA banner. A brand new anime show is set to premiere on the channel this Thursday, April 20.
A representative of the network also told APN that TV5’s afternoon anime block will not anymore air on Mondays starting April 17.
As a result, Attack on Titan: Junior High together with the yet-to-be-named anime show will now only be airing Every Thursday afternoon.
Dreamworks Animation’s Voltron: Legendary Defender is still scheduled to air on Monday nights and Tuesday afternoons, while Knights of Sidonia is set to premiere on Wednesday nights.
The representative also mentioned that Myriad Colors Phantom World, which is currently on its fifth airing, will be seen for the final time on Wednesday, April 12.
Cartoon Network’s The Powerpuff Girls will be taking over its timeslot, under the TV5 Kids banner, starting April 17.
