As previously reported, Media conglomerate ABS-CBN’s cable entertainment channel Jeepney TV has announced on Friday that they are reviving the HERO Zone anime time block on March 11.
HERO, the defunct anime channel turned digital portal, has shown a video presentation during the 2018 J-pop Anime Singing Contest on Saturday their upcoming line-up for the time block, which was posted on their YouTube page later that evening.
The video has teased that anime shows like Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V and Love Live! Sunshine!!, as well as Makoto Shinkai’s top-grossing anime movie your name., are set to air on the HERO Zone block.
The popular Motorsports anime Initial D will be the block’s first anime offering, which will start this Sunday morning from 10:00am to 12:00pm on Jeepney TV.
