Global streaming giant Netflix has added the first episode of Kyoto Animation’s newest anime series Violet Evergarden in the Philippines.
The first episode has started streaming the first episode on Thursday, January 11, within 24 hours after its Japanese telecast. Subsequent episodes will be streamed on the platform every Thursdays.
The anime is available in Japanese, English and Spanish audio with English, Japanese, Spanish and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) subtitles.
This would be the first time an anime title will stream on the platform on a weekly episodic basis, instead of their usual “binge watch” format, outside Japan.

There are words Violet heard on the battlefield, which she cannot forget. These words were given to her by someone she holds dear, more than anyone else.
