After almost 3 months of postponement, SM Cinema has announced that the anime film The Last: Naruto the Movie is set to premiere on May 13 of this year.
However, the movie house has told Anime Pilipinas that the May 13 date is still tentative, according to the movie distributors Pioneer Films, but are hopeful that it will become the final date for the film’s release.
The latest movie in the Naruto franchise was originally slated to premiere last December 17, but was postponed multiple times due to “technical concerns on the film content.”
The film was first released in Japan last December 06 and was also screened in Singapore and select cities in the United States last month.
