Singapore-based anime licensor MUSE Asia has announced on Friday their full simulcast lineup for the Spring 2020 season.
The company revealed that they will simulcast Arte, Gal & Dino, Shachibato! President, It’s Time for Battle!, Shironeko Project: Zero Chronicle, Diary of our Days at the Breakwater and ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream! next season.

Arte is an upcoming anime adaptation of a Japanese manga series by Kei Ohkubo, which is being published in Tokuma Shoten’s Monthly Comic Zenon magazine since October 2013 and currently has 12 volumes.
The anime adaptation will be directed by Takayuki Hamana, who previously worked on The Prince of Tennis anime series, while Yowamushi Pedal scriptwriter Reiko Yoshida will handle the series composition.
Chieko Miyakawa, who previously worked in anime shows like Kuroko’s Basketball and Moshidora, will handle the character designs, which will be produced by Seven Arcs.
The Japanese voice cast lead by Katsuyuki Konishi, who portrayed “Kamina” in the cult-favorite anime Gurren Lagann, as “Leo” and Mikako Komatsu, who portrayed “Shiina” in the anime Gourmet Girl Graffiti, as the titular character “Arte”.
Arte premieres on April 4, streaming every Saturday nights at 10:30pm PHT, within two hours after its initial Japanese telecast.

Gal & Dino is an upcoming anime adaptation of a Japanese manga series, written by Moriko Mori and illustrated by Cota Tomimura, which is being published in Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine since October 2018 and currently has three volumes.
Jun Aoki, who previously worked on the gag-comedy anime Pop Team Epic, will direct and write the scripts for the upcoming anime, which will be produced by Kamikaze Douga and Space Neko Company.
Miyuri Shimabukuro, who voiced “Mangetsu Kohinata” in the sci-fi mecha anime Granbelm and “Yuuna Yunohana” in the comedy anime Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs, portrayed the lead character “Kaede”.
Gal & Dino premieres on April 5, streaming every Sundays at 01:30am PHT, within two hours after its initial Japanese telecast.

Shachibato! President, It’s Time for Battle! is an upcoming anime series based on the online role-playing game, created by Kadokawa, Deluxe Games and Preapp Partners, which was released in 2019.
The anime series will be directed by Hiroki Ikeshita, who was the director for several episodes of the popular anime series Fairy Tail, while Saga of Tanya the Evil scriptwriter Kenta Ihara will handle the series composition.
Keisuke Watanabe, who previously worked on character designs for the 2018 original video animation of Yu Yu Hakusho, will handle character designs for the upcoming anime, which will be produced by C2C.
The Japanese voice cast will be lead by Shun Horie, who voiced “Pierre” in The Idolm@ster SideM franchise, as “Minato” and Kana Ichinose, who voiced “Ichigo” in the popular anime series DARLING in the FRANXX, as “Yutoria”.
Shachibato! President, It’s Time for Battle! premieres on April 6, streaming every Mondays at 12:00am PHT, within three hours after its initial Japanese telecast.

Shironeko Project: Zero Chronicle is an upcoming anime series based on the role-playing video game Rune Story, which was developed and published by Colopl for smartphone platforms in July 2014.
The anime adaptation will be written and directed by Masato Jinbo, who previously worked on the Restaurant to Another World anime series, while character designs will be handled by Yousuke Okuda, who previously worked in Is the order a rabbit? and Blend S, which will be produced by project No.9.
The Japanese voice cast are lead by Yui Horie, who portrayed “Minori Kushieda” in the popular romantic comedy anime Toradora!, as “Queen of Light Iris” and Yuuki Kaji, who portrayed “Eren Jaeger” in the highly-popular Attack on Titan anime series, as “Prince of Darkness”.

Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater is an upcoming anime adaptation of a Japanese sports manga by Yasuyuki Kosaka, which is being published in Akita Shoten’s Young Champion Retsu magazine since February 2017 and currently has six volumes.
The anime adaptation will be directed by Takaharu Okuma, who previously worked as character designer and chief animation director for Mitsudomoe anime, while Clannad scriptwriter Fumihiko Shimo will handle the series composition.
Katsuhiro Kumagai, who previously worked on Gabriel DropOut, will handle character designs, which will be produced by Doga Kobo.

ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream! is an upcoming anime series part of the BanG Dream! multimedia franchise, but will serve as independent to the original all-female group.
The anime series will be directed by Hiroshi Nishikiori, who previously worked on the Trinity Seven anime series, while Nobuhiro Mori will handle the scripts. Hikaru Miyoshi, creator of the Moriarty the Patriot manga series, will handle the upcoming show’s character designs, which will be produced by SANZIGEN Animation Studio.
The Japanese voice cast will be lead by Masahiro Itou as “Ren Nanahoshi”, Daisuke Hyuga as “Yuto Goryo”, Seiji Maeda as “Wataru Matoba”, Shohei Hashimoto as “Banri Shiroishi” and Shuta Morishima as “Rio Kikyo”.
ARGONAVIS from BanG Dream! premieres on April 11, streaming every Saturdays at 02:00am PHT, within two hours after its initial Japanese telecast.
In addition to the six new titles, MUSE Asia also announced that they are bringing the second seasons of No Guns Life and Ascendance of a Bookworm will also air on a simulcast basis this Spring 2020 season, as well as the resumption of A3! music idol anime.

No Guns Life is the anime adaptation of a Japanese cyberpunk manga series Tasuku Karasuma, which is being published in Shueisha’s Ultra Jump magazine since August 2014 and currently has 10 volumes.
The first season of the anime series premiered on Japanese television in October 2019, which MUSE Asia also streamed on a simulcast basis.
Overlord anime series director Naoyuki Itou and scriptwriter Yuki Suguwara reunites to work on the anime series, while Masanori Shino, who previously worked on All Out!! sports anime, handled character designs. The anime was produced by Madhouse.
The Japanese voice cast are lead by Junichi Suwabe (“Victor Nikiforov”, Yuri!!! on Ice) as “Juzo Inui”, Manami Numakura (“Narberal Gamma”, Overlord) as “Mary Steinberg” and Daiki Yamashita (“Izuku Midoriya”, My Hero Academia) as “Tetsuri Arahabaki”.

Ascendance of a Bookworm is an anime series based on the Japanese fantasy light series, written by Miya Kazuki and illustrated by Yu Shiina, which is being published in TO Books’ TO Bunko magazine since January 2015 and currently has 22 volumes.
The first season of the anime series premiered on Japanese television in October 2019, which MUSE Asia also streamed on a simulcast basis.
The anime series is directed by Mitsuru Hongo, who previously worked in Outlaw Star anime series, while Hatsukoi Limited anime scriptwriter Mariko Kunisawa handles the series composition.
The team of Toshihisa Kaiya and Yoshiaki Yanagida, who both worked in anime shows like Ruin Explorers – Fam & Ihrie and Akazukin Cha-cha, reunites to handle character designs, which is produced by Ajiado.
Yuka Iguchi, who voiced characters like “Index” of A Certain Magical Index and “Mako Reizei of Girls und Panzer, portrayed the lead character “Myne”.
Ascendance of a Bookworm Part 2 premieres on April 5, streaming every Sundays at 02:40am PHT, within two hours after its initial Japanese telecast.
The anime licensor previously announced A3! Season Spring & Summer as one of its simulcast titles during the Winter season this year, but its telecast was postponed due to production delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The show will restart from the first episode on April 7, streaming every Tuesdays at 12:30am, within two hours after its initial Japanese Telecast.
