Singapore-based anime licensor MUSE Asia has announced on Wednesday that they are adding two more anime titles to their Winter 2020 streaming lineup.
The company reveals that the upcoming mystery anime The Case Files of Jeweler Richard and slice-of-life shonen anime Smile Down The Runway will be added to their simulcast lineup.
The new titles are in addition to previously announced titles, which includes BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, So I’ll Max Out My Defense and the second season of Isekai Quartet.

One night, a college student with a strong sense of justice, Seigi Nakata, saved a gorgeous foreigner, Richard, who was being harassed by some drunks. When Seigi found out that Richard was a jeweler, he asked for an appraisal on a ring with a shady history; one which his grandmother had kept secret until she died. The Case Files of Jeweler Richard is an upcoming anime adaptation of a Japanese mystery light novel series, written by Nanako Tsujimura and illustrated by Utako Yukihiro, which is being published by Shueisha under their Shueisha Orange Bunko imprint since 2015.
The light novel currently has eight (8) volumes.
The anime adaptation will be directed by Tarou Iwasaki, who previously directed the drama anime One Week Friends, while Hatsukoi Limited scriptwriter Mariko Kunisawa handled series composition.
Natsuko Kondou, who is the chief animation director of Karakai Jozu no Takagi-san, will work on character designs, which will be produced by anime studio Shuka.
Yuma Uchida, who played Banana Fish anime’s lead character “Ash Lynx”, will voice “Seigi Nakata” and Takahiro Sakurai, who played “Suzaku Kururugi” in several Code Geass anime adaptations, will voice “Richard Ranashinha de Vulpian”.
The Case Files of Jeweler Richard will be available on MUSE Asia’s YouTube channel starting January 9, which can be streamed every Friday nights at 12:30am PHT.

Smile Down The Runway is an anime adaptation of a Japanese slice-of-life shonen manga series by Kotoba Inoya, which is being published in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine since May 2017 and currently has 12 volumes.
The upcoming anime series will be directed by Nobuyoshi Nagayama, who previously directed the romantic comedy series My Girlfriend is Shobitch, with Ryosuke Shibuya serving as its chief director, and Happy Sugar Life scriptwriter Touko Machida handling the series composition.
Misaki Kaneko, who is the chief animation director for the second season of Fruits Basket’s 2019 anime adaptation, will handle character designs, which will be produced by anime studio Ezóla.
Yumiri Hanamori, who voiced “Nadeshiko Kagamihara” in the popular slice-of-life anime Laid-Back Camp (Yurucamp), will play “Chiyuki Fujito” and Natsuki Hanae, who voiced “Taichi Yagami” in teh Digimon Adventure tri. anime movie series, will play “Ikuto Tsumura”.
Smile Down The Runway will be available on MUSE Asia’s YouTube channel starting January 11, which can be streamed every Saturdays at 02:55am PHT.
