Kemurikusa is an anime series based on the original net animation with the same name, which was created by TATSUKI and his independent production company irodori in 2010-2012, with two episodes released online.

TATSUKI, who is well-known for directing the media franchise Kemono Friends’ highly-popular first anime series, will also direct the anime series, which is being produced by Yaoyorozu.

The anime’s theme song will be performed by Nano, who previously sung theme music for Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Ars Nova and Magical Warfare.

Mikako Komatsu, who voiced “Rei Koito” in the anime series Bloom Into You, will portray the lead character “Rin”, together with Arisa Kiyoto (“Satori Miwa”, Gyrozetter) as “Ritsu” and Tomomi Jiena Sumi in her voice acting debut as “Rina”.
