Based on the Vocaloid song by Honeyworks, this Japanese animated film centers on Hina, who is infatuated with her secondary school senior Koyuki. Together with her childhood friend Kotaro, she studied hard so that she can enter the same high school as him. When the dull Koyuki changed his image for his love interest and suddenly gained popularity, this made Hina think if she will still pursue and confess her feelings for him.

Suki ni Naru Sono Shunkan o: Kokuhaku Jikko Iinkai, with an English title “The Moment You Fall In Love: Confess Your Love Committee”, is the second anime film based on Vocaloid songs from Kokuhaku Jikko Iinkai ~Renai Series~ by the musical group HoneyWorks.

The first movie, Zutto Mae Kara Suki Deshita: Kokuhaku Jikko Iinkai (English title: “I’ve Always Liked You”), premiered in Japanese theaters in April 2016, while the second movie premiered last December.

The anime movie was directed by Tetsuya Yanagisawa, who worked on anime titles like Kyoshiro and the Eternal Sky and Blade Dance of the Elementalers, while Yoshimi Narita, who worked on several Precure series, handled the scripts.

Character designs was made by Maki Fujii, who also worked on the popular comedy anime Haganai, which was produced by Qualia Animation.
