Pop-culture events organizer Cosplay.ph has posted on Wednesday a video message from the Japanese alternative rock band BACK-ON regarding their upcoming I Love Anisong performance this October.
The video was first shown last Sunday to the audience of Anime & Cosplay Expo event, which was a part of the “Cosplay Mania event series” of the local organizer.
The band, together with Shiena Nishizawa and Starmarie, will perform at the second day of the much-awaited I Love Anisong concert during Cosplay Mania ’16 on Sunday, October 2, at the SMX Convention Center – Manila in Pasay City.
BACK-ON is a Japanese alternative rock band that is well-known is releasing theme songs for anime & game titles. The current members of the band are Kenji03 (lead vocals, MC and rhythm guitars), Teeda (rap vocals and MC), Gori (bass) and Shu (lead guitars).
They since have released five albums and 15 singles, with some used in shows like Eyeshield 21, Gundam Build Fighters and Fairy Tail, as well as video games like Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology series and Gundam Breaker series.
Cosplay Mania ’16 is happening on October 1-2, 2016 at the SMX Convention Center – Manila, inside the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.
