After days of speculation, local event organizer Cosplay.ph has officially announced that the Japanese singer & voice actress Pile is coming to their flagship event Cosplay Mania this October.
The official announcement was made in a video uploaded on the Facebook page of Nihonsei Project, the owner of Nihonsei Character and Hobby Shop.
According to the event organizer’s post, she will be performing for the event’s anisong concert, Cosplay Mania J.A.M., but has yet to announce if she will perform for one or both days of the event, as well as other artists joining her in the event.
She is the first guest announced for the Cosplay Mania J.A.M. concert, and the fourth for the whole event after KANAME☆, Ladybeard, and Baozi & Hana.
Pile, whose real name is Eriko Hori, is a popular Japanese singer & voice actress who is widely known for voicing the character “Maki Nishikino” of the highly-popular multimedia franchise Love Live! School Idol Project.
She also released numerous music singles, the latest was “Kimi ga Kureta KISEKI” which was released last April. She also released solo albums, the latest was “Jewel Vox” which was released last March.
Cosplay Mania 15 is happening this October 3-4, 2015 at Function Rooms 2-5 and Meeting Rooms 2-7 of SMX Convention Center – Manila at the Mall of Asia complex in Pasay City. Organized by Cosplay.ph.
