flumpool to perform the Opening theme song of Indonesian adaptation of the highly-popular Tokusatsu franchise.
Japanese rock group flumpool has been tapped to sing the opening theme song of the second season of Indonesia’s own version of the highly-popular Kamen Rider (Masked Rider) franchise.
The band, which also sung the opening theme song of the Spring 2014 anime title Captain Earth, was tapped because of the overwhelming response made during the band’s Indonesian visit.
The Series, named “Bima X: Satria Garuda”, will have its second season premiere on September 07 at 08:30am JKT on RCTI, the flagship station of Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) group.
flumpool is composed of Ryota Yamamura on Vocals and lead Guitar, Kazuki Sakai on second guitar, Genki Amakawa on bass and Seiji Ogura on drums. They have been around since 2007 and has received a Billboard Japan Music Award in 2009.
Their digital mini-album, “Unreal” was released in 2008 and received a platinum certification from the Record Industry Association Japan for selling 250,000 units.
They will have their first Southeast Asian solo concert in Singapore this coming August.
