Attack on Titan, Psycho Pass also set to have late-night marathons this July.
Pan-regional anime channel ANIPLUS Asia is set to premiere the upcoming psychological-thriller anime Terror in Resonance on a “simulcast” basis this coming month of July.
The show will premiere on July 21st, and airs Every Monday nights at 11:00pm SGT (10:00pm JKT), just 11 days after the television premiere in Japan, with encore telecasts on Friday nights at 11:25pm SGT (10:25pm JKT).
In an alternate version of the present, Tokyo has been decimated by a shocking terrorist attack, and the only hint to the identity of the culprit is a bizarre video uploaded to the internet. The police, baffled by this cryptic clue, are powerless to stop the paranoia spreading across the population.
While the world searches for a criminal mastermind to blame for this tragedy, two mysterious children – children who shouldn’t even exist – masterfully carry out their heinous plan. Cursed to walk through this world with the names Nine and Twelve, the two combine to form “Sphinx,” a clandestine entity determine to wake the people from their slumber – and pull the trigger on this world.
Terror in Resonance, also known by the titles Zankyou no Terror (残響のテロル) and Terror in Tokyo, is a psychological-thriller anime produced by anime studio MAPPA, which is set to premiere on Thursday, July 10.
The show’s casts are lead by Atsumi Tanezaki (Asako Natsume, My Little Monster) as Lisa Mishima, Kaito Ishikawa (Mitsuo Yanasigawa, Golden Time) as Shin “Nine” Kokonoe, and Souma Saito (Tadashi Yamaguchi, Haikyuu!!) as Fuyuji “Twelve” Kumi.
The team of director Shinichiro Watanabe, music composer Yoko Kanno & animator Kazuto Nakazawa, who worked on titles like Cowboy Bebop, Space Dandy and Kids on the Slope, will be a part of the anime series.
Aside from the “simulcast” premiere of Terror in Resonance, the channel is also set to have a late-night marathon of the channel’s biggest titles Attack on Titan and Psycho-Pass.

Follow Eren Yeager and his companions fight against the man-eating Titans, witness the story unfolds as they fight to protect what remains of their society while looking for answers to the mysteries surrounding the Titans, the Walls, and his own existence.
Attack on Titan midnight marathon happens on July 21-25 from 12:00am SGT (11:00pm JKT).
Psycho-Pass
In a future where human personalities and stress levels are regulated and monitored, criminals are identified and judged immediately by the automated Sybil System. Akane Tsunemori is a new inspector, she is tasked to watch over the enforcers who mete out Sybil’s justice with their powerful Dominators. Akane quickly challenges enforcer Shinya Kogami to override Sybil’s justice with her own sense of right and wrong. Psycho-Pass follows Akane Tsunemori’s journey, and will challenge your idea of justice and society.
Psycho-Pass late-night marathon happens on July 30 and 31, from 11:00pm SGT (10:00pm JKT).
