First Fate/stay Night anime adaptation previously produced by Studio DEEN in 2006.

Kadokawa magazine Type-Moon Ace has announced on its ninth volume that the new anime adaptation of the popular Fate/stay Night series, produced by anime studio ufotable, is set to air on Japanese television this Fall.

It was also announced that Takahiro Miura, who worked on titles like Hanamaru Kindergarden and Fate/Zero, will direct the new adaptation, and character designs will be handled by the team of Atsushi Ikariya, Tomonori Sudou, and Hisayuki Tabata.

ufotable founder Hikaru Kondo has announced last July that the anime studio will produce the new Fate/stay Night adaptation, but did not specify the format of the new project.

The first anime series adaptation of Fate/stay Night was animated by anime studio Studio DEEN in 2006, as well as the anime film Fate/stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works in 2010.

Pan-regional anime channel ANIMAX Asia previously aired the first Fate/stay Night series in 2007, while the Filipino-language anime channel HEROtv aired all two (2) seasons of Fate/Zero in Filipino last September.
