
Regional anime channel Aniplus Asia HD is set to premiere the first season of the highly-popular comedy anime Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai next month.
Following the “simulcast” airing of Samurai Flamenco, the channel is also set to premiere this season’s supernatural-comedy anime Hozuki no Reitetsu.
OREIMO – Season 1

The story depicts high school student Kyosuke Kosaka who discovers that his detached younger sister, Kirino, is actually an otaku who has an extensive collection of cute anime and “little sister” themed erotic-game (eroge). Kyosuke quickly becomes Kirino’s confidant for her secret hobby. (Synopsis from Aniplus Asia)
Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai is an anime adaptation of a Japanese light novel series, written by Tsukasa Fushimi & illustrations provided by Hiro Kanzaki. The series ran on ASCII Media Works imprint Dengeki Bunko from August 2008 to June last year, which has a total of 12 volumes. The series has multiple adaptations, including manga, video game, and two (2) anime series.
The anime adaptations were directed by Hiroyuki Kanbe, who also worked on titles like Yu Yu Hakusho and Flame of Recca, while The World God Only Knows scriptwriter Hideyuki Kurata also handled the scripts of the series, and produced by AIC Build.
Oreimo S1 premieres on February 03 (Monday), airing Every Monday & Tuesday nights at 12:00am SGT, but for viewers in Thailand & Jakarta, the anime premieres on February 02 (Sunday), airing Every Sunday & Monday nights at 11:00pm. Encore telecast on Thursday & Friday nights at 11:00pm SGT (10:00pm BKK/JKT).
Hozuki no Reitetsu

Hozuki no Reitetsu is an anime adaptation of a manga series written & illustrated by Natsumi Eguchi, which is serialized on Kodansha’s Weekly Morning magazine since 2011.
The anime adaptation is directed by Hiro Kaburaki, who worked on popular romance titles like Kimi ni Todoke and Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun, while scripts are handled by Midori Gotou, and character designs by Hirotaka Katou, who also worked on some episodes of Eyeshield 21. The supernatural-themed dark comedy anime is being produced by Wit Studio.
Hozuki no Reitetsu is set to premiere on Wednesday, February 05, at 10:00pm SGT (09:00pm BKK/JKT), with new episodes at 10:30pm SGT (09:30PM BKK/JKT). Encore telecast on Saturday and Sundays at 04:00pm SGT (03:00PM BKK/JKT).
Aside from Oreimo S1 and Hozuki no Reitetsu, the most popular anime of 2013, Attack of Titan, and the simulcast airing of Samurai Flamenco continues on Aniplus Asia.
Attack on Titan airs Every Friday nights at 12:00am SGT (Every Thursday nights at 11:00pm BKK/JKT), while Samurai Flamenco airs Every Friday nights at 10:30pm SGT (09:30PM BKK/JKT).
